Chung isn't the only character to get taller when he advances to 2nd class. Elsword also grows taller, only a little tho.
That could just be a posture change. Iron Paladin barely looks taller because they slouch quite a bit. Both Shooting Guardian and Deadly Chaser stand up straight, and DC has a very noticeable height difference.
But if you compare a straight standing basic Elsword to a slightly slouching Lord Knight or Rune Slayer, you can see that their 2nd classes are a little taller and I'm not just talking about his spiky haircut, but also his eye level.
