Skill Note
On hit, it decreases movement & jump speed by 30% and poison duration increases by 5 seconds .
Tips and Details
- While Dark Cloud has a stun, its slow damage-over-time property means that in the majority of cases, trapped mobs will be hit out of the cloud or stoic before the skill has a chance to deal its full hits. Therefore, it is best used on stationary mobs and bosses.
- 5mp regain per hit
- damage per hit was cut by half compare with the old version, hit rate increased from 1 hit per 1.5 sec to 1 hit per 0.5 sec, overall damage increased.
