Tips and Details
- Due to the Regenerating (1) trait only providing a 10 MP benefit over the Reversed trait at a low chance, and the buff provided lasting much longer than the cooldown of the skill, the Reversed trait is generally the preferred option.
Old Version
- In the past, Dead Hands was designed to allow the user to apply max stacks of Creeping Terror on any hit. This effect was removed after the 01/31/2019 KR patch.
