Tips and Details
- The cooldown reduction also reduces the cooldown of the skill that activated it.
- The actual in-game tooltip (using the original Korean text), actually states the following: "with the exception of stance skills, when using Energy Consumption skills without performing Energy Conversion, the cooldown of all special active skills is reduced." - none of this is relevant however. If we assume the text actually means that "Any energy consumption skill that can't perform Energy Conversion, or stance skills with Energy Consumption that can perform Energy Conversion" can trigger the cooldown effect, then there are no skills at all that do not apply - the only Energy Consumption skills that can perform Energy Conversion available to the class (Wind Wedge, Shadoweave and Tiger Stance - Fierce Spear Dance) are all "stance" skills, and any other Energy Consumption skill she has does not have Energy Conversion. As such, all of Apsara's skills that consume energy will always trigger the passive.
- Currently the passive's ability to give you the full Art after the 4th stance will be consumed even when casting a full Tiger Art or Dragon Art combo. It is best to use Dragon Stance 4: Moonlight Slash or Tiger Stance 4: Raging Wave separately first before fully casting another Art to wait out the actual cooldown of the passive.
